Checklist for examining the Registration Form for contract Farming
In case Applicant is,
 
(a) A Partnership firm then - Copy of Partnership Deed
(b) A Cooperative Society then- Copy of Registration Certificate
(c) A Pvt. or Public Ltd Company then – MOU & Copy of Registration of ROC
(d) A Trust then – Copy of registration with Charity Commissioner
(e) An NGO then – Copy of Registration Certificate from Charity Commissioner
Copy of Income Tax Returns of last 2 years of the Applicant's firm
Copy of Balance Sheet of last 2 years of the Applicant's firm
Original Bank Statement (Schedule Bank with whom Applicants is having maximum transaction) of last 2 years of Applicant's firm.
Verification of farmer as under:
 
Name of farmer Farm survey No. Village Taluka District Name of the concerned APMC
Copy of a) 7/12 Utara, b) 8- a and c) 6- Hakk Patrak of Contract Farmer’s Land.
Copy of Crop Insurance policy of the contract Farmer.
If loan is taken by the Farmer / contract sponsorer on behalf of the Farmer under the contract farming, then Copy of Sanction letter of the Bank.
If any previous contract farming agreement is signed by the applicant then copy of the said Agreement and registration Certificate.
