 Subject Allotted to the Agriculture & Co-operation Department

 
They undertake following activities related to establishment for Class-1 and Class-2 officers of the department.
 

 M Branch

     
1 All matters related appointment/transfer/promotion/pension/leave/confidential matters, departmental inquiry of Class-1,2,3 officers etc.
2 Change of Name/surname, location, corrections in birth date
3 Approval for LTC advance, special pay, charge allowance, distribution of work amongst officers and branches, deem date etc.
4 Activities related to Sports & Cultural activities, computer training, meetings of departmental officers/employees, creating new vacancies, making temporary vacancies permanent, training to departmental officers/employees in SPIPA
5 Various activities for departmental employees/officers related to giving approval traveling out of state, providing NOC certificate, giving i-Card, certificates, membership in credit society and library, Income certificate etc.,
6 Providing various information to GAD e.g. various posts in Agriculture department, SC/ST/SEBC/Physically handicapped in departments
7 Review activity for keeping the Govt. officers after 50-55 years
   

 IT Cell

Providing benefit of Peshagis for House construction, motor vehicle, telephone/furniture etc. at the residence of officers

2 Purchase/repairing of furniture/typewriter/calculator/computer etc, payment of bills for arrangement of meeting, purchase of books/magazines, arrangement of inter com telephone, sitting arrangement, type work, maintenance of committee room
3 Activities related to Class-4 employees e.g. their uniforms, appointments, transfer, promotion, maintaining their attendance/leave etc.
4 All matters related to maintenance of record room and classified files, department’s own budget and other matters where financial implication is involved
