All matters related to outstanding and recovery of Land improvement

Handling of Centrally sponsored schemes related to land development

Land improvements in case of natural calamities like drought/heavy rain

Development of barren/unused land (except the matters handled by Rural development department)

Workings of World Bank sponsored project like "Water Shed"

All schemes related to water conservation using ponds/water conservator scheme

All scheme related and subsidy related activities of Wells for irrigation, Oil engine, Electric motor, Pump set, Submersible Pump Set etc.

All matters related to Agro Engineering, Agro Service Centers, Chemical Fertilizer (Chemical Fertilizer Control Order 1985), Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation, Wasteland Development Project, Netherland Project, Biogas scheme, help for Gypsum
