Gujarat State Land Development Corporation Limited (GSLDC) is a State Government Under taking and was formed under Companies Act, 1956, on 28th March, 1978. Its registered office is located at Balram Bhavan, Sector-10/A, Gandhinagar.

The main object of the Corporation is to implement Soil and Water Conservation programmes on watershed basis.
The Corporation has its own organized structure as stated in the information regarding to Administration and controlled by Board of Director.

Board of Director of Corporation is compressed of maximum 8 Board of Directors which includes official & non official directors.

At present, Official Directors are representing Board where as non official Directors are vacant. Official Directors are representative of Agriculture Department, Finance Department, Director of Agriculture, Director of Horticulture, Forest Department & Agriculture University etc. from time to time.

Corporation gets share capital from State Government from time to time and present 100% equity capital is hold by state Government Authorized share capital of Corporation is Rs. 10.00 crores. Share holders of the Corporation includes, Hon. Governor of Gujarat & representative of State Government from various state Government Departments.
